The Office of People and Culture, a unit within the Office of Human Resources, provides programs and services that promote employee engagement, professional development, faculty and staff retention, and reasonable accommodations for faculty and staff. The office delivers practical, responsive and forward-thinking programs that equip faculty and staff with the tools, knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
The Office of People and Culture works closely with Human Resources and Academic Affairs to:
- Enhance community building
- Deliver professional development programs
- Assess employee retention and workplace climate
- Manage the reasonable accommodation process for faculty and staff
